Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to support global Account Managers in executing branded merchandise programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options to clients
  • Process and track global orders, ensuring accuracy from request to delivery
  • Maintain order status reports and analyze order trends using Excel
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing
  • Experience in customer service, vendor negotiation, or procurement is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of branded merchandise or supply chain management is an advantage
