Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions that demonstrate how the platform can address client business challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Maintain a library of best practices and lead internal certification training to enhance organizational expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools
- Experience in a client service environment with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations
- Retail or Manufacturing background experience preferred
