Illinois Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a ~$6M annual book of commercial insurance clients as their primary point of contact
• Deliver expert service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Advise clients on risk profiles and recommend tailored insurance solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Account Management experience in the Commercial Insurance space
• Proven track record in retention and growth of complex Middle Market accounts
• Experience with Business Owners Package, Cyber/Tech E&O, and Management Liability
• Active/Current Property and Casualty License
• Experience in high-growth environments is a plus
