Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a ~$4M annual book of commercial insurance clients as their primary point of contact
• Deliver proactive service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Advise clients on risk profiles and recommend tailored insurance solutions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Account Management experience in the Commercial Insurance space
• Active/Current Property and Casualty License
• Experience with retention and growth of complex Middle Market accounts
• Familiarity with commercial lines such as BOP, Cyber/Tech E&O, and Management Liability
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
