A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage a consultant/broker's book of business and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a consultant/broker's book of business, overseeing account servicing, renewal preparation, and marketing to carriers
- Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed coverage and rate analysis, collaborating with underwriters to identify opportunities for program improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Casualty & Auto liability (Environmental/Pollution experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management
- Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
