A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager - Health Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance experience and retention
- Supports complex, high-profile accounts and collaborates with internal and external partners for effective service delivery
- Facilitates client meetings and manages the implementation of benefit changes on behalf of clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry
- 2+ years of account management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to demonstrate experience in critical thinking and relationship building without a degree
