Key Responsibilities
- Own renewals for high revenue customers, driving commercial strategy and execution
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities while managing renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing revenue-generating renewals and driving retention and growth
- Experience negotiating pricing and contract structures
- Ability to work independently and build trust quickly with stakeholders
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management
