Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage post-sale relationships with customers in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing U.S. & Canadian customers to drive adoption, expansion, and retention
- Conduct 80-100 targeted outbound calls per day to assigned accounts and lead structured add-on campaigns
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in SaaS account management, inside sales, or customer success with a revenue target
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR or quota targets
- Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Understanding of SaaS contracts and co-terming best practices is a plus
