Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Managers to drive performance and accountability
- Define and manage pipeline generation standards, ensuring team meets quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic customer engagement and sales execution
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing Account Managers or Expansion Reps
- Experience in building sales playbooks and frameworks for pipeline management and account growth
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members effectively
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on pipeline health and forecasting
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Data, Finance, and RevOps teams
