Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value clients using Intuit Enterprise Suite and related solutions
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee client-specific implementation and optimization initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client support
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online; QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of 3-6 professionals
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to efficiently resolve client issues
- Familiarity with accounting workflows and financial processes is a plus
