- Support the implementation of technical enhancements and system configurations, while monitoring project progress and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 4 - 6 years' experience in a SaaS environment as a Technical Account Manager
- 2 - 4 years' experience in generating client workflows and cross-functional alignment
- 2 - 4 years' experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software or networking equipment
- Technically minded with a commitment to continuous learning of new technologies
