Technical Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Specialist to help customers optimize their product investment and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and deliver packaged service offerings to enhance customer success and product adoption
• Provide expert coaching to Autodesk Water customers and maintain relationships as a technical trusted advisor
• Offer technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Drainage Design and Storm/Sewer/Flood Analysis
• Expert knowledge of InfoDrainage or StormCAD, and advanced knowledge of Civil 3D and SSA
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in technical consulting or project delivery with large customers is preferred
