A company is looking for an Account Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the platform and services to assist clients and suggest optimal solutions
- Review client concerns to enhance the overall client experience and promote platform value
- Grow client platform usage and mentor Customer Success trainers on major Enterprise accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Development
- Experience in client retention and promoting continuous usage of solutions
- Technical skills are essential
- Strong accountability and personal organization skills
- Availability to work from 12 PM to 8 PM Eastern Time
