Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Majors & Enterprise (Southeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establish a Wiz Center of Excellence
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams for quick resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with preferred CSP level certifications
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
