A company is looking for an Associate Client Manager - COE.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions demonstrating the Spectra platform's capabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients
- Maintain a library of best practices and lead internal certification training for associates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools
- Experience in a client service environment with strong project management skills
- Retail or manufacturing background experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software
