Vendor Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Manager who will manage third-party program relationships and ensure optimal vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key account manager for assigned vendors, ensuring compliance and performance
• Track, analyze, and report on vendor performance, implementing corrective action plans as necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate expectations and resolve issues related to vendor services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working with Primary Care Providers and in Account Management within the Healthcare field
• Able to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
• Understanding of compliance with policies and state contract guidelines
