A company is looking for a Client Manager Onboarding (Voluntary Benefits).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute client project plans, ensuring transparency and accurate recordkeeping
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience and address client issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
  • Experience in Voluntary Benefits is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to analyze client data and generate insights for account growth
