A company is looking for a Client Manager Onboarding (Voluntary Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute client project plans, ensuring transparency and accurate recordkeeping
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience and address client issues
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Experience in Voluntary Benefits is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to analyze client data and generate insights for account growth
