A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, recruit, develop, manage, and motivate a team of Associate Account Managers
- Direct the team to build and expand relationships with existing customers and develop strategies for retention and growth
- Provide coaching on sales processes and facilitate sales initiatives to drive account expansion and renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading and expanding a sales function, preferably in Account Management
- Proven track record of building and strengthening customer relationships over 5+ years
- Ability to drive team execution and influence internal stakeholders toward positive outcomes
- Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, and compliance regulations
- Professional sales training preferred
