Health Information Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding and Client Manager to oversee client management, retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and deliverables through regular communication and meetings
• Collaborate with Sales Team to identify new opportunities and ensure effective client management strategies
• Lead project evaluations and ensure quality and profitability while managing project scope changes

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or an associate degree in health information technology with extensive management experience
• Coding credential (i.e., CCS, CIC, etc.) preferred
• Strong industry knowledge in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, and value-based care initiatives
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to create strategic vision and drive business growth
• Ability to adapt to and drive change within the organization
