Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Partner to manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to pursue them
- Understand client business objectives to propose relevant solutions and ensure successful project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within the software development or IT consulting industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various methodologies
- Experience with nearshore and/or offshore delivery models is highly desirable
