Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans for clients
• Oversee the setup, launch, and optimization of programmatic campaigns while monitoring performance against client KPIs
• Coordinate mail campaign execution and ensure integration with digital strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services
• Proven experience managing both digital and traditional mail campaigns
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and core mail processes
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in cross-channel reporting and online-to-offline attribution models
