Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (North Central/ Cleveland).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Executive in maintaining and growing business within accounts
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Identify opportunities for renewal, upselling, and new sales while managing open opportunities with guidance from the AE
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in Inside Sales
- Cyber Security experience is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
