Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Lead the launch of new products and services with existing clients, coordinating across internal departments
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or a project-driven, customer-facing role
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership of outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare or health tech space is a plus
