Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or a project-driven, customer-facing role
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership of outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare or health tech space is a plus
