Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, claims, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client and policy data within internal systems
- Support client satisfaction and retention while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience -OR- High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience
- Producer's License is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices
