A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, claims, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within internal systems
  • Support client satisfaction and retention while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience -OR- High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience
  • Producer's License is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices
