Key Responsibilities
- Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities and securing contract renewals

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales, specifically with enterprise customers
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales customer-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA desirable
