Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions for over 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and maintain payroll records
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in employee data and assist with audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of payroll accounting experience
- Experience processing payroll for 300+ employees in a multi-state environment
- Knowledge of federal and local employment withholding tax regulations
- Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems required
