Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of the payroll process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions for over 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and maintain payroll records
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in employee data and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of payroll accounting experience
• Experience processing payroll for 300+ employees in a multi-state environment
• Knowledge of federal and local employment withholding tax regulations
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems required
