Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Payroll Specialist who will ensure accurate payroll reporting and support for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding payroll and reporting
- Review and audit entered expenses and assist with payroll tax calculations
- Maintain and update client documentation and provide customer service support
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; three years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook and Word
- Previous experience in invoice auditing or Relocation Services preferred
- Experience with ReloAdvantage / Equus / Accounting software preferred
- Ability to meet quality and timeliness metrics while adhering to established procedures
