A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll customers as needed
- Manage and respond to daily cases to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction
- Configure Workday pay components and support the year-end process
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
