Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Services Consultant (Payroll) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timely updates and adherence to service level agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating complex tax issues into actionable terms
• Conduct payroll tax audits, manage registrations, and resolve tax notices while collaborating with internal resources

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll tax compliance experience, including registrations and audits
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules
• Experience in client-facing roles with HR and executive leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with strong organizational skills
• Experience with payroll platforms and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
