Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Case Manager in Behavioral Health - ABA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to staff in autism services, ensuring adherence to established standards and practices
• Monitor case activity and staff interactions to identify barriers and achieve member goals
• Facilitate education and coordination of care for members with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including collaboration with other service providers

Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted independent clinical mental health license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or BCBA
• Five or more years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, and/or substance abuse healthcare settings
• Three years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Experience interacting with network providers, preferably ABA providers
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality autism care and behavioral health measures
