A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Evaluator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in program evaluation, study designs, and methodological techniques
- Support the development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and action plans based on performance metrics
- Conduct assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in public health or a related field is required
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in program evaluation is required
- Experience using the model for improvement (PDSA) is required
- Previous healthcare or managed care experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and advanced Excel is required
