Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Evaluator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in program evaluation, study designs, and methodological techniques
  • Support the development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and action plans based on performance metrics
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree in public health or a related field is required
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in program evaluation is required
  • Experience using the model for improvement (PDSA) is required
  • Previous healthcare or managed care experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and advanced Excel is required
