Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of senior-level business analysis experience, including project leadership and agile support
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing staff and driving performance
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and process improvement
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
