Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns across paid channels, optimizing for acquisition KPIs
- Spearhead new ideas and implement A/B tests to drive performance improvements
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and prepare reporting summaries for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a subscription or streaming environment
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Deep familiarity with key marketing metrics and ability to translate them into actionable improvements
- Proven ability to launch and iterate on A/B tests and scale new programs
- Strong Excel/Sheets and data interpretation skills; comfort with marketing and analytics platforms
