Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, and targeting
- Optimize campaign performance to improve CPL, CVR, and pipeline efficiency
- Conduct search query analysis and execute A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, and budget management
- Experience with large-scale SEM program optimization
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive business impact
