Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members and providers
- Determine if complex requests should be escalated to a pharmacist
- Maintain accurate documentation of all approvals and denials
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet
- Proficiency in pronouncing drug names and medical terminology
- Experience navigating multiple software systems
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
