Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to customer service representatives on Medicare Advantage inquiries
• Develop and implement training programs focused on Medicare Advantage policies and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Medicare Advantage or healthcare compliance is required
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage policies and regulations
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain positive relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
