Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Strategy Director responsible for guiding investment opportunities for a global client.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating daily team activities to meet client goals
• Lead client relationships and provide strategic recommendations for portfolio and business strategies
• Analyze data to create reports and communicate insights to executives and key partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Professional qualification such as RICS, CFA, ACA, or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of Real Estate Financials and Lease Terms
• Leadership skills to achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
