- 8+ years of experience in technical delivery and operational leadership
- Previous experience at Microsoft, preferably within the CSA Global Delivery Organization
- Strong business insight and collaboration skills with executive leadership
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and presentation platforms
