A company is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst for a 100% remote, direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and translate business and technical needs into a prioritized backlog
• Manage multiple technical projects and participate in design and technical discussions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and communicate key insights and findings

Required Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience
• Experience with database architecture and APIs
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, product owner, or equivalent role
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
