Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead high-impact SRE programs for system reliability and performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a strategic roadmap for site reliability initiatives
• Oversee post-incident reviews, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the High-Tech Industry, with 12+ years in product management or site reliability engineering
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with SRE principles, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
