Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal - Business Line Risk Reinsurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reinsurance renewals, including broker coordination and contract review
• Evaluate reinsurance frameworks and develop leadership reports on program performance
• Provide operational support for reinsurance processes, including regulatory reporting and cash flow reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in training and developing talent
• Ability to lead analytics-based projects and processes
• Act as a subject matter expert on reinsurance and risk mitigation
