Key Responsibilities

• Architect and innovate the low-code platform for building AI agents, ensuring high-quality product alignment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers, fostering innovation and teamwork
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and integrate AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on large-scale applications
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, and Express
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS databases, cloud services, and CI/CD tools
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, including large language models and distributed systems
• Experience leading software development projects in fast-paced, Agile environments
