Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to support a large-scale commercial lending transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business units to design and optimize processes for commercial lending
- Support operational improvement initiatives through analytics, automation, and process redesign
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in process improvement
- Experience with banking or finance processes, preferably commercial lending
- Hands-on process improvement experience
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (MS Visio, Blueworks Live preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping methodologies (certification a plus)
