Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to support a large-scale commercial lending transformation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with business units to design and optimize processes for commercial lending
  • Support operational improvement initiatives through analytics, automation, and process redesign
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in process improvement
  • Experience with banking or finance processes, preferably commercial lending
  • Hands-on process improvement experience
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (MS Visio, Blueworks Live preferred)
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping methodologies (certification a plus)
