Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the supply chain team in support of overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue, confirm, and track all product-related and packaging materials purchase orders within the ERP program
• Collaborate with the Quality Food Safety team and logistics functions to maintain documentation and accuracy of inbound orders
• Manage invoice troubleshooting processes and support ongoing projects within Supply Chain

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (work experience may be considered)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, preferably in food-related industries
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and NetSuite
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices
• Proven experience working cross-functionally to support team initiatives
