Product Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product representative in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams to ensure development tickets are prioritized and documented
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards to analyze product usage and provide actionable insights to Product leadership
• Create and maintain internal product documentation and support training sessions to enhance product knowledge across departments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product operations or a similar cross-functional SaaS role
• 1+ year of experience in Agile environments, participating in sprint ceremonies and using support tools like Jira and Confluence
• Knowledgeable in SQL and basic database concepts
• Demonstrated success in creating internal documentation and enablement materials
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
