A company is looking for a Product Integration Specialist to assist with post-sales integration and technical product support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine client/customer needs and assist with potential solutions
- Provide technical product support during integration development, testing, and release processes
- Assist cross-functional teams with ongoing support and troubleshooting of production issues
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and computer software skills
- Prior product knowledge (payroll card, prepaid card, debit card) experience
- Prior product integration experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
