A company is looking for a Product Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program scope, schedule, and cost management with leadership support
• Provide coaching and development to product team members while fostering a culture of learning
• Lead team processes and collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for optimal technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a specialized area
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Experience in leading task efforts to support delivery
• Ability to obtain/maintain relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, CPM, CSM)
• Preferred experience with the VA and back-end product management
