Product Manager - Back Office

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Back Office (Elements).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve features related to billing, invoicing, payments, and reporting within the Elements platform
• Partner with the VP of Product to execute a strategic roadmap based on customer needs and market trends
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or back-office systems
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, and financial workflows
• Experience with agile product development and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to write clear requirements and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or reporting tools is a plus
