Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Lockbox Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Lockbox Automation
• Lead development of DXP solutions for lockbox automation and oversee technology integration
• Develop operational standard operating procedures and provide subject matter expertise in lockbox operations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services or payment processing
• Strong understanding of lockbox operations and remittance management
• Experience with content management platforms and Intelligent Document Processing for workflow automation
• Familiarity with check processing equipment
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into product specifications
