Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to refine high-level product goals into actionable user stories
• Prioritize and manage the team's backlog to ensure a steady flow of development-ready work
• Coordinate with QA and Developers to validate that all requirements are met before release

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in software development
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and backlog management practices
• Experience writing clear and complete user stories and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with healthcare and EHR systems preferred; behavioral health experience is a strong plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar product management tools
